屠新时，笔名图浩，传流。中国书法家协会会员。

1987年赴美留学前，為上海《青年一代》杂志副主编。1990年获纽约州立大学社会学硕士学位。中美邮报创办人、社长。为美国两所大学开设中国书法文化课程近20年，美国联邦众议员马克考夫曼亚太裔顾问委员会委员。美国落基山中华书法学会会长，丹佛汉字文化书法院院长，美国汉字书法教育学会任两届主席（2010-2014）, 北京大学书法艺术研究所海外研究员，广西南宁艺术学院客座教授，中国侨联海外委员，北美书法家协会顾问。

1999年，丹佛艺术博物馆正式有价收藏屠新时两件书法书法作品并长期展出达12年。2016年4月丹佛艺术博物馆再次收藏屠新时3件大字作品，并于2017年2月同时展出至今。

出版書著: 书法散文集《书法与中国大智慧》，1998年由岭南美术出版社出版；《墨韵易经》2004年6月由中国人民大学出版社中英双语彩色出版，《中国书法》杂志2004第9期对此书作了专题介绍。《汉字的智慧》英文版学术文化著作, 与法国学者合作2005年3月在英国出版。《生命流美—人体与书法探索手记》2006年广东岭南美术出版社出版。在国际学术研讨会上发表有关书法艺术、书法教学和文化传媒专题论文十多篇。2013年新年之际，CCTV中央电视台8集文献纪录片《中国书法5000年》，第一集《墨韵五洲》丹佛孔子书法课堂為全片出镜第一人。CCTV国际台还在同年《华人世界》专栏节目中，播出了人物专访：“屠新时-在美国教中国书法”。

As a devoted artist, Harrison Xinshi Tu has created numerous works of calligraphy, many of which have been selected for exhibition in the United States, Japan, Korea and P.R. China. In these, and other international exhibitions, Mr. Tu has consistently received high recognition and strong reviews. His two calligraphy artworks were the permanent collection and exhibited in Denver Art Museum from 1999-2012. In April 2016, The Museum had permanent collection 3 new artworks of Harrison X. Tu again and being exhibit now since Feb. 2017.

During the 20 years he has lived in the United States, Mr. Tu has become a devoted proponent of exchange and mutual understanding between the East and West. Since 1994, he has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Chinese American Post, a Chinese-language newspaper available to the entire Rocky Mountain region. Now, he is a visiting professor of The Naropa University in Boulder, to teaching Traditional Chinese Calligraphy. Oversea researcher of Chinese Calligraphy institute of Beijing University , China.

屠新時书法艺术作品

美國十大頂級藝術博物館之一丹佛藝術博物館，2016年永久收藏了屠新時的三件大字立軸書法作品，2017年3月，這三件作品在館內的中國藝術畫廊中同時展出。這是繼1999年丹佛藝術博物館永久收藏并展覽屠新時的兩件書法作品之后的第二次。一位藝術家的五件作品被收藏和長期展覽，是丹佛藝術博物館百年歷史中唯一的科羅拉多州的華人藝術家。
